Quick Start

This skill is portable. It works from instructions alone and must not depend on repository-local helper scripts.

Prerequisites:

• Fetch the default branch locally, for example git fetch origin main.
• Authenticate gh for optional pull request metadata. If gh is unavailable, derive the default branch from origin/HEAD and run without PR metadata.
• Authenticate the matching local AI CLI (claude or codex).

Safety Boundary

Local review emulation is read-only and terminal-only.
