Design doc

Run roadmap through design approval, then stop before task generation.

Workflow

1. Load ../roadmap/SKILL.md and ../roadmap/references/roadmap-schema.md.
2. Start from the request, issue, spec, PRD, or existing roadmap.md; no spec is required.
3. Run Roadmap phases 1-6 exactly: size, recon, one bounded interview, design, ponytail, and rubber-duck approval.
4. Write or update the canonical roadmap.md through ## 7. Pressure test.
5. Stop after recording explicit design approval. Do not generate tasks.
