Agents Status

Report the current session inventory with one call, then stop. Use the default repository scope unless the user asks for all, global, or machine-wide status:

ai-coord status
ai-coord status --all

Do not inspect transcripts or call providers separately. If the CLI is missing, report status unavailable and point to https://github.com/PaulRBerg/ai-coord.

Interpret exit 0 as complete coverage and 2 as usable partial coverage. A provider can remain ok while Coverage carries [N dropped] for malformed or unknown records; that is still incomplete coverage. On exit 1, report the CLI error and stop; do not retry.
