Environment binding
Every command reads <SKILL_DIR>/.env. On first use, if .env is missing, copy .env.example to .env and fill it for the target cluster (kubectl is needed to discover the Service address and, optionally, credentials).
Load it once per session:
set -a; source <SKILL_DIR>/.env; set +a
Completion criterion: ARGOCD_SERVER, ARGOCD_USERNAME, ARGOCD_PASSWORD, KUBECTL are all non-empty.
Playbook
1. Status check — no login needed
kubectl reads the Application CR directly; this is the fastest path and needs no ArgoCD auth:
