launch-video — an animated launch video with one continuous camera
The reference is the launch video of producthub.lat (October 2026), refined over fourteen rounds of
feedback. The code that made it is next to this file in reference/ and is the starting point of every new
video: adapt it, never start from a blank page.
What you need
