Every live engagement owes the client a weekly "where are we" — re-reading the
deal's tasks, session notes and plan docs, then translating vendor-side
reality into client-appropriate language. This skill does that end-to-end for
ONE engagement: read the CRM deal (tasks · activities · notes) and the newest
[Notes]/[Plan]/[BRD]/[UAT] docs in the [N] folder, derive health /
progress / blockers / next milestone, render the 專案狀態看板 HTML dashboard,
and leave a Gmail DRAFT addressed to the deal's client contact.
The output is a draft, never a send — the source skill's rule, elevated: an internal weekly with a wrong 🔴 costs a correction; a wrong 🔴 sent to a client is an incident. Peter reviews, edits, and hits send himself.
