Content Governance — Doc ⇄ Notion reconciler

This skill ships a references/ directory — the subject taxonomy and its 24 classification rules — so it has to be installed as a directory, not as a single file. A one-file download leaves the taxonomy behind, and §D.4 says what to do when it is missing. Install it with:

This skill makes one guarantee: a newsletter ends up in its proper place regardless of where its life cycle started. Peter sometimes drafts the Google Doc first, sometimes captures the idea in Notion first. Either way, this skill reconciles the two into a single consistent, cross-linked record.
