A stage-based playbook for running Zynkr's external guest-lecturer collaborations end to end: screening and onboarding lecturers, preparing contracts, executing the per-event operations timeline, and closing the loop with monthly fee settlement and statutory tax withholding. Built for the operations specialist coordinating multiple lecturers in parallel — each stage is a self-contained checklist with clear handoffs, so nothing falls through between contract signing and final payout.

Configuration

All commercial terms live in a local program-config.md maintained outside this repo (they are business-confidential and vary by negotiation). Read it at the start of every run. Expected fields:

• revenue_split: per-plan split ratios by registration source
• hourly_revenue_floor: minimum gross ticket revenue per course-hour used to compute the go/no-go attendance threshold
• cancellation_terms: compensation caps by cancellation scenario and timing
• quality_thresholds: post-event rating floors and the escalation/termination rules
• tracker_sheet_id, intake_form_id, feedback_form_id, contract_template_ids, settlement_template_ids: Google Workspace IDs of the program's live documents
