Every planning session opens with "what did the numbers do this cycle?" — in July those numbers were pulled by hand from six places the morning of. This skill is the scoreboard builder: it seeds a KPI list from the cycle workbook and the OKR tracker, routes each KPI to the one source that can answer it (tracker, snapshots, OKR status, calendar counts, Fireflies recap counts, or numbers the user pastes), and writes a Scoreboard tab plus the five stat tiles the deck's looking-back slide (slide 4) needs. Unlike asking a model for "our H2 numbers", it refuses to fill a gap: an unreadable KPI is written as （待補） with the exact source it would need, and every real number names where it was read.
