After a planning session the Main Tracker is final, but the plan Docs written before the room and the OKR Sheet still say what the team intended — this skill closes that gap in one batch: it reads the finalized tracker, composes a dated Refresh addendum for the integrated plan and each per-LOB plan Doc, rebases the OKRs and the P0+P1 Initiatives mirror as new dated tabs, shows you everything, and writes after one confirmation. For the founder (or whoever ran the session) in the week after the room, once planning-tracker-builder has landed the tracker. It never rewrites a body, never touches the tracker, keeps every #N.NN and owner traceable to a tracker cell, and ends with a leftovers list of what the API refused.
