Distro support

Postfix and Dovecot run on both families and their config layout (/etc/postfix/main.cf, /etc/dovecot/) is largely identical; postconf, postmap, postqueue, newaliases behave the same. The differences are a few package names, the mail log path, and SELinux. Body uses Debian/Ubuntu; the RHEL family (Fedora, RHEL, CentOS Stream, Rocky, Alma, Oracle) equivalents are in the matrix.
