Start Workflow — v2

Make the web workspace the primary user interaction surface. The web server is an event bridge, not an LLM or shell executor. The current agent consumes events, loads the selected installed skill and performs the work with its own tools. Never claim an agent is connected merely because the server is running.

Start or resume

1. Identify the consumer project root, read its AGENTS.md and applicable workflow records. Keep .phat-workflow/ out of version control by adding it to the consumer project’s .gitignore if absent (preserve existing rules). Resolve this skill's installed directory; do not assume it lives in the consumer project's .agents/skills.
