A generation tool has no understanding of user needs, business goals, or brand strategy — it only transforms text into pixels. The designer (or design-aware agent like Sumi) provides the intelligence: the brief, the constraints, the quality bar, the iteration direction.

The Co-Pilot Model:

• Human/agent evaluates, selects, critiques, and steers
• AI refines based on directed feedback
• Human/agent makes final production decisions
