Ollama Review with Fallback
Ollama available:

Ollama model:

Core Constraint
- This is a review-only command. Do not fix issues, apply patches, or suggest you are about to make changes.
- Your only job is to run the review and return the output (formatted if structured JSON, verbatim otherwise).
- The actual review is performed by an Ollama model (shown above), not Claude. Claude only determines scope, runs the command, and formats the result.
