Ollama Setup
Ollama available:

Current model:

Arguments:
$ARGUMENTS
Step 1 — Pre-check
If the Ollama availability check above shows "no", tell the user:
"Ollama is not installed. Install it from https://ollama.com, then run
/ollama-setupagain."
