The workflow includes multiple "uses:" GitHub Action references that are fetched and executed at runtime (for example aquasecurity/trivy-action@master, trufflesecurity/trufflehog@main, slackapi/slack-github-action@v1.24.0, softprops/action-gh-release@v1), which are remote repository URLs executed as steps and thus constitute runtime external dependencies executing remote code.
