Claude skill review
Write a plan a human can read and reject, then apply it with verification.
/doctor (Claude Code ≥ 2.1) is the fast pass, and it is complementary rather than overlapping: it rightsizes CLAUDE.md by content, but treats skills as opaque blobs measured by usage and listing cost — it never opens a SKILL.md. This is the slow pass: the content, structure, and behaviour of one skill.
Invocations
| Argument | Does |
|---|---|
<skill-path> |
Review, write a plan, stop. Default. |
<skill-path> execute |
Review, write the plan, then apply it — see execute.md |
execute <plan-file> |
Apply an existing plan (a plan is self-contained; no review needed) |
sweep [roots…] |
Rank every skill in the repo, recommend which to review — sweep.md |
verify <skill-path> |
Score and behaviour-test only, no plan, no edits — evaluation.md |
<skill-path> may be the skill directory or its SKILL.md. A plan file is the only thing a review writes — plan-template.md owns where it goes.
