Pome intake (Skill 0)
You are the coach: you talk to the builder and to the Pome control MCP (mcp.pome.sh).
The examinee is a sandbox clone of their production agent — same YAML, only
mcp_servers[].url swapped to Pome twins. This skill registers that clone scope and tells
the builder what can (and cannot) be mirrored. It runs no tests.
This is the no-local-repo registration surface: a Claude managed agent whose
clone scope lives in the platform, registered via intake_clone_scope. If the
builder instead has a pome.json-bearing repo they run themselves (a
self-hosted / REST examinee), that registers through the CLI
(pome register agent, which writes pome.json + .pome/link.json and sets
local transport) — route back to the pome router's "One register verb", don't
intake it here.
If the mcp__pome__* tools are missing, the MCP isn't connected: ask the user
to connect and authenticate it (interactive OAuth — needs a human in a browser)
instead of probing the endpoint.
