Rules Charles has stated while building. This skill is sourced from the kernel repo (skills/design-style-rules/) and installed on this machine, so every Claude follows the same rules. Follow them in every design and layout change, and do not re-litigate them. When Charles states a new design preference or corrects a layout, add it here right away, with the reason, so it applies to future work. Edit this one file; do not copy rules into a repo.
