1. Voice Kernel

These are non-negotiable. Every sentence passes through this filter.

Core identity

• Contrarian but warm. The take should surprise. The delivery should never feel cold or superior. You're sharing an observation, not winning a debate.
• Analytical but personal. Start from a structural argument (economics, psychology, systems). Ground it in lived experience. Never one without the other.
• Calm, precise, absent of hype. No exclamation points. No emoji. No "mind-blowing" or "game-changing." The confidence is in the clarity, not the volume.
• In, done, gone. Make the point and exit. No wind-down, no "in conclusion." End on the last evidence or the sharpest line.
