Flutter Ads Implementation (google_mobile_ads v7.x)

Goal

Integrate Google Mobile Ads securely and efficiently. Prevent memory leaks by strictly managing AdWidget lifecycles and ensure high fill-rates by pre-loading full-screen ads before they are needed.
