The skill’s runtime workflow uses the gh CLI and GitHub API to fetch and then grep/search GitHub Actions job step logs (including --log-failed output and gh api .../actions/jobs/<JOB_ID>/logs), which are outsider-authored by virtue of being generated from PR-run job steps tied to the attacker’s submitted code/config.
