Key principles

• Environment variables: Always use environment variables for PostHog keys. Never hardcode them.
• Minimal changes: Add feature flag code alongside existing logic. Don't replace or restructure existing code.

• Server-side when possible: Prefer server-side flag evaluation to avoid UI flicker.
