Use the general teacher

The general teaching authority is the sibling teacher/SKILL.md. Read it for lesson design, medium selection, the six-format build path, accessible fallback and optional practice. This entry preserves the teach-pro-max invocation; it does not create a competing teacher or require C programs for non-code topics.

The embedded references/prax-teach-v2/SKILL.md remains a preserved compatibility implementation for its existing state and schemas. Use it only for an explicitly requested compatible operation. Its historical attempt-first gates do not override complete explanation first. Never rewrite learner records, hashes or provenance to rename an entry. Read references/PUBLIC-DISTRIBUTION.md before evaluating that embedded distribution, migrating state or making a release claim. That preserved document governs the legacy embedded component; its detailed teaching and renderer authority applies to explicit compatibility operations. General teaching follows the sibling teacher, as defined above. The development C adapter is optional and not installed or certified by this entry.
