Check CLI prerequisites

Before using Prism, verify Prism v11 or higher with prism --version. If the command is unavailable or fails, inspect the existing installation and PATH before concluding that installation is needed. Explain the findings and proposed setup change, and ask the user before installing, reinstalling, or upgrading @prismatic-io/prism. Use the environment's existing toolchain when possible and verify the version after an approved change.

Choose the right capability

Use Prism for platform state and operations. Discover current commands and arguments with prism --llms and command --help or --schema; prefer a dedicated command and use prism graphql query when no command fits.
