The skill's Shape 3 explicitly performs a WebSearch + WebFetch of versioned documentation URLs at runtime and pastes the fetched page verbatim into scratch/api///.md, so any fetched docs URL (e.g. a versioned project docs URL like https://...///...) is used at runtime to directly control the agent's prompt/context.
