[COMMAND_EXECUTION]: The skill executes local CLI commands such as ouroboros resume, ouroboros status execution, and ouroboros tui monitor. These are used to manage and inspect Ouroboros sessions directly on the user's machine and do not involve unauthorized data access or network exfiltration.
[METADATA_POISONING]: The skill includes a required breadcrumb footer format (RFC #1392). While this dictates a specific response structure for the AI agent, it is functional for the Ouroboros workflow and does not contain malicious instructions or safety bypasses.
