The natural caller is an active implementation owner, most often alaga. Akọ̀wé advises that owner before and during material implementation; it never absorbs delivery, proof, or final review.

When to attach

Use Akọ̀wé when implementation quality materially depends on one or more of:

• exact language/framework/library/runtime version behavior;
• stack-native idioms or ownership/lifecycle conventions that are easy to implement incorrectly while still appearing to work;
• compatibility, migration, resource, concurrency, security, performance, or public-contract seams;
• several plausible implementation shapes where proportionality and deep-module judgment matter; or
• current upstream evidence that can materially change the code or proof.
