Banner Design
Create one constrained banner surface around one communication job. Confirm purpose, audience, target surface, supplied copy/assets, brand context, output format, and variants before composing.
Workflow
- Read banner surface constraints when crop/safe-area/print/platform behavior is material. Use the user-supplied specification or verify the current target's requirements; do not treat bundled historical dimensions as production truth.
- Establish one primary message/focal point and one primary CTA when action is required. Derive hierarchy, logo placement, color/type and art direction from the current brand/message rather than a fixed QP style taxonomy.
- Create the banner in the requested/native editable form (for example HTML/CSS, SVG, vector/raster project asset). Use image generation for approved supporting imagery/illustration when appropriate; keep text/CTA editable where the workflow needs reuse or localization.
- For variants, preserve message/brand priority while recomposing to each target ratio/crop rather than stretching one canvas.
- Verify the actual delivered surface: dimensions/aspect, safe crop/bleed, legibility at viewing size/distance, contrast, asset quality/performance, export format, editability, and reduced-motion/interaction semantics when applicable.
For feed posts, carousels, stories, reusable post templates, or multi-format social campaigns, use social-graphics. The split is a useful steering boundary even though both skills share core graphic-design principles.
