Output NotebookLM sync

When the optional why-hire-me-update skill is installed, use its four-hour cached, read-only version check once at the start of a task if network access is allowed. Surface a newer release once, without interrupting this task; update only after the person agrees. Skip the network check for an offline/private-only request. Never send career content.

Make reviewed career knowledge useful in NotebookLM without treating an external notebook as the source of truth. This leaf owns the destination workflow; a compatible connector owns platform calls.

Establish the connector mode

Read references/platform-constraints.md. Discover the installed connector and record one mode:

• enterprise-api: a connector for the documented Gemini Notebook Enterprise API;
• manual-handoff: prepare exact approved source files and instructions without claiming sync; or
• unsupported: no documented, compatible path is available.
