If the Rams MCP tools are connected

When the quick_review, review_files and verify_fixes tools are available, use the hosted engine instead of the checklist below:

1. While editing: call quick_review on the UI files you just changed. It returns the top issues with severity, category and file:line in about ten seconds. Fix them, then keep working.
2. Before committing, or when the user wants a score: call review_files once. It returns a 0-100 score and patches you can apply.
3. After applying fixes: call verify_fixes to confirm they landed. It is free.
