The skill’s actual footprint is an offensive jailbreak and MITM framework: it installs from an unverified personal repo, intercepts and rewrites model traffic, forwards API data through relay code, deploys hidden bridge instructions into ~/.codex, and executes security tools locally or over SSH. These behaviors are coherent with a jailbreak tool, but they are inherently high-risk and disproportionate for a normal Codex skill.
