The skill makes runtime POST calls to the external scheduling API at $API_URL/api/data/schedule/{operation} (e.g. $API_URL/api/data/schedule/create), which receives and causes execution of scheduled prompts, so this external endpoint directly controls agent instructions and is a required dependency.
