symfony
Symfony 7.4, 8.0 or newer Skill
Helps with any task in a Symfony 7.4, 8.0 or newer project: idiomatic patterns, first-party components, and configuration. Examples target 7.4 and 8.0; newer features are version-gated (see "Version check" below).
This is the hub of a skill family. Cross-cutting concerns (layout, routing,
events, config, debugging, tooling) live here; each Symfony component has its
own companion skill named symfony-<component> (e.g. symfony-messenger,
symfony-doctrine). When a task below points at a companion skill, consult
that skill for the patterns — don't improvise from memory.
Tooling — ddev when present
Before running any shell command, check for .ddev/config.yaml. If it
exists, every command in this skill family needs the ddev prefix
instead of running on the host. See references/ddev.md
for the command mapping and why this matters most for
make:migration / doctrine:migrations:migrate.
