Own catalog packaging and overlay-repository operations. Work from a checkout whose remote identifies redhat-developer/rhdh-plugin-export-overlays; do not depend on another installed skill's files or CLI.

Start here

1. Read repository instructions and run gh auth status.
2. Confirm the checkout and remote with git remote -v.
3. Inspect the target workspace, a similar workspace, and the relevant PR or CI logs before changing metadata.
4. For environment problems, follow workflows/doctor.md.
