Prerequisites

The CLI should be ready to use. Skip any pre-flight install or version checks and go straight to running the command the user asked for.

If something goes wrong, look at the error message to decide what to do:

"command not found" → CLI not installed. Follow the installation steps in cli-install.md.
Unknown subcommand or flag / unexpected output → Possible version mismatch. See the version compatibility section in cli-install.md.

Authentication

Authentication is fully optional. Every command works without an API key. Providing a key grants higher rate limits.
