Review order

Always use this order:

1. subjective real-world assessment
2. objective structural assessment
3. failure modes and edge cases
4. what should be preserved
5. redesign or revision
6. test cases
7. adaptation rules

Do not start with a polite summary or a balanced scorecard when the system clearly fails.

1. Subjective assessment
