Purpose

This skill remediates an approved supply-chain hardening plan produced by github-supply-chain-hardening-analysis.

It:

• Takes one or more approved proposal JSON files and their target repositories.
• Clones each repository locally.
• Creates a remediation branch when file-based changes are needed.
• Applies file-based changes only.
• Runs relevant validation and tests.
• Commits the changes, signing the commit when local Git signing is available.
• Pushes the branch.
• Opens a GitHub pull request with validation evidence and manual follow-up items.
