Purpose

Use this skill to take project intent from discussion to durable design and ordered work. Beads owns live feature/task state. design.md owns detailed feature intent. planned-features.md remains a concise human roadmap. Resolve <core-dir> as the installed ../dstack-core skill directory so feature selection uses its deterministic resolver.

Startup version evidence

Before creating or updating project planning state, follow ../dstack-core/references/SKILL-VERSION.md for plan-features. After read-only project inspection, capture the exact one-line output and include it in the planning response or selected Beads/design evidence before mutation. A stale result warns with npx skills update; unavailable records that no freshness claim was made and does not block offline work.
