Purpose

Analyze git commit history over a time window to produce an honest engineering retrospective with quantified metrics, per-person feedback tied to real commits, trend tracking, and a shareable summary card.

Trigger

Apply when user requests:

• "retro", "weekly retro", "retrospective", "how was this week"
• "team retrospective", "shipping review", "週回顧", "回顧這週", "工程回顧"
• "what did we ship this week", "show me the week's metrics"

Do NOT trigger for:

• General project planning or sprint planning — use task-planner
• Architecture reviews — use senior-architect
• Code quality analysis — use code-quality or pr-review-expert
