Skill Audit

Audits every newly generated skill for structural completeness, trigger conflicts, duplicate functionality, and security vulnerabilities; loops until all checks pass.

Purpose

Validate a newly generated skill against all existing skills and a security checklist before it is considered delivered, blocking any skill that would conflict, duplicate, or introduce a vulnerability.

Trigger

Apply automatically immediately after skill-maker completes. Also trigger when:

• "audit this skill", "check the new skill", "validate skill", "review skill for conflicts"
• "新 skill 有沒有衝突", "確認 skill 沒問題", "審查剛做的 skill"

Do NOT trigger for:

• General code review (use code-review)
• Auditing non-skill files
• Running before skill-maker has produced a SKILL.md
