Skill Maker — Skill Generation Standard

Defines the required structure, writing rules, and quality checklist that every generated skill must follow.

Purpose

Enforce a consistent, high-quality standard for every skill file generated, so that all skills are actionable, unambiguous, and immediately usable.

Trigger

Apply when:

• skill-design has confirmed a spec and hands off to write files
• The user provides a complete skill spec directly
• "generate skill files", "build skill from spec", "寫 skill 檔案"

Do NOT trigger for:

• Gathering requirements or designing a skill — use skill-design first
• Editing an existing skill — use skill-edit
• Auditing a skill — use skill-audit
