When to Use This Skill

Use this skill when:

profiling a Compose Multiplatform Web (wasmJs) target's real load/runtime performance in an actual browser — first paint, time-to-interactive, dropped frames
running a Lighthouse audit against a deployed or locally-served Compose Web build
investigating a slow network waterfall (large .wasm binary, unoptimized resource loading) for the web target specifically
comparing before/after performance for a change believed to affect Web target load time

Do NOT use this skill when:

micro-benchmarking a Kotlin function's execution time in isolation — that's kmp-benchmark (kotlinx-benchmark), not live browser profiling
the performance concern is Android/iOS/Desktop — this skill is Web/Wasm-specific; Android has its own profiler (Android Studio), Desktop/JVM has JFR/async-profiler
general browser automation/testing with no performance angle — that's outside this collection's current scope entirely
