When to Use This Skill

Use only when:

• The project's /kmp-new-project Step 6a design draft chose the shadcn-compose component library option (not the default owned scaffold), or
• The user explicitly asks to add shadcn-compose to an existing project, having accepted the experimental-API risk

Never combine with kmp-compose-design-system. They are alternative component sources for the same layer — pick one.
