Freshness rule: androidx.paging:paging-common became multiplatform in 3.3.x — verify the version in libs.versions.toml supports KMP before using it on non-Android targets. Check the AndroidX Paging release notes when upgrading. paging-compose lags one version behind paging-common — keep them in sync.
