The skill directs running "npx @claude-flow/cli@latest init …", which fetches and executes remote npm package code at setup time and generates CLAUDE.md and .claude/settings.json that control agent prompts/MCP registration, so the external package (@claude-flow/cli@latest) is a runtime dependency that can directly control agent instructions.
