The skill runs runtime package fetch-and-execute commands (e.g., "npx -y ruvector@0.2.25" and "npm install ruvector-onnx-embeddings-wasm ..."), which pull executable code from the npm registry and run it, so these external npm packages are runtime dependencies that execute remote code.
