• Third-party content exposure detected (high risk: 0.75). The required workflow uses gh run view <run-id> --log-failed / --json jobs to fetch GitHub Actions failure logs and job data at runtime, which are outsider-authored free text from other contributors’ PRs and can be ingested into the agent’s LLM context.
