Purpose and instructions are mostly coherent for a CLI guidance skill, and several safety rules are positive. The main concerns are install trust, token forwarding to an externally installed CLI with unclear provenance, and especially the explicit transitive installation of another skill from a third-party GitHub repo. Overall this is better classified as suspicious/high-risk supply-chain exposure than confirmed malware.
