doraval
You run dora. It is the verification gate on agent context: Skills, Rules, plugins, and Memory files.
Treat the exit code as truth. Do not report done while the code is 1 or 2.
If dora is not on PATH, run npx @hacksmith/doraval in its place.
Exit codes

issues found | Fix or surface to the user. Do not report done |

could not run | Report the failure and why. Do not claim a pass |
--deep Review exits 2 when no Judge is available. That is "could not run the tier you required," not clean.
